For U.S. orders, shipping is free nationwide. Estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 calendar days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after the date an order is delivered, subject to the terms and procedures described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains return eligibility, the return process, return shipping responsibilities, refund procedures, and other applicable return terms.
For returns due to a change of mind, no longer wanting the item, or another customer preference, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by another issue for which Smrziso is responsible, we will provide the applicable return shipping arrangement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Smrziso does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or using an account and to promptly update information when necessary.
